How quickly will I get my RecordBox?
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Australia only.
All Recordbox orders are dispatched via Australia Post within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Delivery typically takes a further 3–5 business days, so you can expect your order to arrive within 5–7 business days in total. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been sent.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please get in touch at sales@recordbox.com.au and we'll look into it for you.
Please Note
We're unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure you provide a street address at checkout.
How much do you charge for shipping?
$25 for standard shipping (3-5 business days) and $35 for express shipping (1-2 business days).
What if I want to return my RecordBox?
Return Policy
We want you to love your RecordBox. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders.
To start a return, simply get in touch at sales@recordbox.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief note about why you'd like to return, and we'll take it from there.
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Return shipping is on us — we'll send you a prepaid label once your return is approved.
Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.
If your order arrived damaged or something isn't right, just let us know and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
